Using IFrames

Click here to return to the main SetupCast website

You can use IFrames to display the content generated by SetupCast on your website.  These can be configured with scrollbars (as in the first example below) or without them so that they blend into your website seamlessly.

Example 1: Display the Link Summary Page for CoolApp in an IFrame with scrollbars and a border

Example 2: Display the Full Download Info for CoolApp in an IFrame without scrollbars or a border

Example 3: Display the Web Install Info for CoolApp in an IFrame without scrollbars or a border

Example 4: Display the Web Update Info for CoolApp in an IFrame without scrollbars or a border

Example 5: Display the RSS feed for CoolApp in an IFrame without scrollbars or a border

Note: Since it is possible for a user to click the name of the RSS channel (in this case “CoolApp News”) and cause the website to load “inside” the IFrame, we recommend that you link to the RSS feed with the “Direct Linking” method as shown here.    This example with an IFrame is just for testing to illustrate why we make this recommendation.
